Frames up for review

How a review goes

Start review opens a session.
Switch to Pin (P). Click a frame for a point, drag for a region.
Pick a kind and a scope, write the note, save. The pin is numbered and reaches the agent at once.
The agent answers in the pin's thread. Reply there in words or by voice.
End review writes the session and its summary; frames with no pin stand.
